Customer Service Representative Entry-Level

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer emails, chat, and social media messages. 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. 
Efficiently resolve product or service issues. 
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE or OND.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Basic computer literacy. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
